Returning goods / cancelling your order.

You have the Right to cancel your Order

  1. You may cancel your order partially or for all the goods you ordered within fourteen days from the date you received the goods. In this case, you have to return on your own expense the goods in good resalable condition. Perishable goods are not accepted for returns and refunds.
  2. All orders are dispatched promptly, therefore we are unable to cancel or amend your order once you have received our email dispatch confirmation. If you still wish to cancel your order please return your order once received, as below.
  3. All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty & returns costs will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Upon receipt of the goods by us you will be refunded within 48 hours with the purchase price less any handling charge, import duty & returns costs which may have been incurred. We will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage. If we receive your returned items damaged we have the right to not refund them. We recommend that an insured service is used for the return to ensure safe arrival of the return.
  5. Please note we do not have an exchange policy except for different sizes of clothes.

Order Cancellation by

We reserve the right to cancel your order or part of it if:

  1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
  2. We cannot deliver in your area.
  3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information on our e-shop. In this case, we will notify you by email and will credit you back any sum deducted by us as soon as possible and in any case, within 15 days of your order placement. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.
